Once you enroll in our online strength and conditioning coaching program, we will guide you through a thorough onboarding process. The first step is to apply to work with us via our consultation call application form. After reviewing your application, we will contact you to schedule the consultation call via Skype, Facetime, etc. During the call, we will discuss training objectives, training experiences, and our upcoming actions in more detail. Through this, we can get to know one another better.
As soon as you sign up, we'll create a training profile on the TrainHeroic so you can download it and log in. Your coach has a great opportunity to evaluate your technical and physical aptitude during the first workout in your training plan. Your training goals will influence the first session's content. During this session, your coach might ask you to film yourself performing a certain exercise. After the initial session, your coach will start creating and customising your training program based on your training objectives, injury history, competition schedule, available equipment, technical skill, unique strengths and weaknesses, and personal preferences.
The sessions will be scheduled on your training calendar in the TrainHeroic app once the training program is complete. The fast-paced world of work, family, and friends, not to mention training, may cause your plans to change. Despite your best efforts, you are unable to change the time of your in-person training session because it is the only time that works for both you and your coach. If you missed this session, there would be no plan for you to follow, even though you would be paying the coach to lead you through your program. When you conduct a training session by yourself, the results will be below par. When you train alone, you inevitably spend the majority of your time choosing which exercises to perform next, regardless of the sets, reps, and load. This can be frustrating if you only have a short amount of time to train.
This is the main motivation behind the creation of our online coaching programs. We want to get rid of as many barriers as we can so you can become the most reliable, self-assured, and dominant athlete you have ever been. During a traditional in-person coaching session, you would meet with your coach once every week or once every two weeks. What ends up happening is that you’re training ultimately fails to meet the necessary frequency, volume, and intensity. Simply put, one training session per week with a coach is insufficient. For sports performance improvements to occur, you need to place a substantial physical stimulus on the body at the appropriate time to force the body to adapt. Even if you supplement your training with other group sessions, you will not get the attention required from the coach for you to improve consistently. How do you know that the group sessions training objectives align with your own? Due to the diverse range of attendees' needs, group sessions frequently lack the quality and focus required. Stalls in your progress are one of the biggest reasons why so many athletes give up on their aspirations and dreams.
One of the most underrated and underappreciated concepts in athletic development and sports performance is training consistency.
